The models of low voltage distribution cabinet include GGD series, GCS series, MNS series and MCS series. The specific introduction is as follows:
1. GGD type fully considers heat dissipation. There are different numbers of cooling slot holes at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components in the cabinet are heated, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slot hole, while the cold air is continuously added into the cabinet by the lower slot hole, so that the sealed cabinet body forms a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.
2. The GCS frame adopts 8MF type open section steel, which makes the frame assembly flexible and convenient. Each functional room of the switch cabinet is isolated from each other, and its compartment is divided into functional unit room, bus room and cable room. The function of each chamber is relatively independent. The horizontal busbar is arranged horizontally behind the cabinet to enhance the anti electric power capacity of the bus bar, which is the basic measure to make the main circuit have the ability of high short circuit strength.
3. The frame of MNS type low voltage switch cabinet is combined structure. All structural parts of the cabinet frame are galvanized, and the door, partition board, mounting bracket and bus function unit corresponding to the scheme change are assembled into a complete switch cabinet. The internal dimension, parts size and compartment size of the switch cabinet are all modular.
4. The basic frame of MCS type switch cabinet is assembled by C type (or 8MF type) open section steel, with uniform appearance, high precision and good interchangeability of drawers. The device can reserve the automation interface, and also can install the intelligent module on the switch cabinet to realize the remote signaling, telemetry, remote control and other three remote functions.
